UPDATE 11PM
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A bank robbery Friday morning ended with one man behind bars thanks to a quick capture by the Huntington Police Department and West Virginia State Police.
It happened at the Huntington Federal Savings Bank in Westmoreland at about 9:30 am.
Police say 55-year-old Lonnie Bradbury, Jr. admitted to stealing $7,400 from the bank, but the reason why depends on who asks.
"I didn't think I wasn't going to get caught," Bradbury said, "I just didn't think I'd get caught so soon."
Bradbury said what he really needed was time and he hoped this money would buy him some. He said he has cancer and he was going to use the money to pay his medical bills.
"Sometimes you got to do what you got to do," he said.
That's not the story police say he told them.
Sergeant John Williams says Bradbury told officers he was on his way to use the money to pay off a gambling debt he owed.
When asked what's next for him, Bradbury replied: "Go to jail, I guess."

OHMIGOSH Dave, that's funny, I don't care who you are! The sad thing is, Obama can take all the money he wants from unwilling taxpayers to pay for others health-care and he won't go to jail.
For those who try to justify his actions because he was possibly trying to pay medical bills ... what about those he has robbed. Maybe there's a bank employee who WORKS hard for his/her money every day to pay for their OWN medical bills who he robbed.
WSAZ- Are you sure that man is 55? He looks older. My parents are around that age.. and.. well I don't want to comment about his age appearence, so I will just say his voice sounds like that of 75 year old.
