Food Collections in Kanawha County This Week
A local pastor is helping the hungry in the area this week and you can too.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Getting food on the table isn't always an easy task, so one church is taking to the streets to try and help out.
Morning Glory Power Ministries will be set up all week at different locations around Kanawha County, collecting canned and non-perishable food.
Pastor Tom Burnside says he sees the need is great, and he thinks it's important to help out here at home.
Here's a list of drop-off sites this week:
Monday: Campbell's Creek Fas Check
Tuesday: Cheylan Foodland
Wednesday: Kanawha City Foodland
Thursday: Chesapeake Foodland
Friday: Kanawha City Foodland
Everything that is collected will go to fill the shelves at local food banks.
