College Application Just a Click Away
College applications in the Mountain State have been made easier than ever before.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- College applications in the Mountain State have been made easier than ever before.
The College Foundation of West Virginia has created a destination where students of all ages, as well as parents, can start putting together a portfolio as early as the fifth grade.
By the time a student is ready to apply, one application will be sent to every post-secondary school in the state.
"It just makes everything easier and certainly as we promote this message that education is the key to economic development," First Lady Gayle Manchin says.
She also said a high school degree just doesn't get people where it once did.
The Web site also helps students understand what scholarships and financial aid is available.
Click on the link below to start a portfolio today. Out-of-state students also can use the application process and complete one application for all statewide colleges, universities and technical schools.
