Police Make Arrest in 2007 Murder Case
Charleston police are planning to press charges against two men in connection with the 2007 murder of Chase Miller.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The investigation into a shooting that left 17-year-old Chase Miller dead, may be one step closer to being solved.
During a news conference Friday, Charleston Police announced that they are planning to press charges against two men in connection with Miller's murder.
Police have Marcus Wesley in custody. He is facing a charge of first degree murder. They are looking for another man who was a juvenile at the time of the murder. He was originally arrested in connection with the shooting, but later released because a witness was too afraid to testify against him.
In the summer of 2007, Miller was shot at close range in the chest, stomach and arm.
Wesley was arraigned Thursday on a seperate case involving drugs.

Hope the Police get all the older crime cases solved in West Virginia! The Inocent Victims living or dead and Families Deserve Closure and Justice done in all of the Violent Crime Cases. Not one case is FORGOTTEN by the Families of the VICTIMS living or dead!
