LUCASVILLE, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A routine traffic stop landed an Ironton man in jail, and more than a pound of marijuana in the hands of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
A release from the patrol says Antonio Keith, Jr. was pulled over on U.S. 23 in Scioto County Saturday, and happened to be driving on a suspended license.
Troopers say when they searched Keith's car, they found more than a pound of marijuana, zip lock baggies, and digital scales.
Keith has been charged with drug possession and drug trafficking.

@Buckeye: So the country was founded on the bible eh? Lets look at what the founding fathers had to say about that. Benjamin Franklin: "lighthouses are more useful than churches". John Adams: "This would be the best of all possible worlds if there were no religion in it". Thomas Jefferson:"Christianity neither is, nor ever was a part of the common law". Also: "In every country and in every age, the priest has been hostile to liberty. He is always in alliance with the despot, abetting his abuses in return for protection to his own.". These great men were deists not Christians. In fact, the majority of our founding fathers were. They understood the SEPARATION of church and state. We need not vilify them by twisting their words to make them fit a more palatable notion of who we think they were. On one hand people say this country was founded on the bible, yet truly this great nation of ours was founded on freedom of religion or lack thereof.

Well Tom, I didn't say anything about religon however this nation is the greatest nation in the world because it was founded on the BIBLE and LAWS. I am a retired army vetern who served more than one tour of combat duty and have been in many foreign nations. I have many photos of my interaction with other cultures (can you say the same)and you are wrong I do not hate the Afgan people. All I said was, they permit all the dope you may want. We still have more freedom than any other nation I have visited! Yes, I still think the law officers are doing a good job. My mind may be week because I served for the likes of you but you are a free American and that is all that counts. NUFF SAID have a nice day.

@ Buckeye - There is not that much difference between you and the Afghans you undoubtedly hate. Why do people think their religion is the right one and then put down any other belief. They are all the same fake mumbo jumbo that weak minded people need to make it through this world. This country lost all its freedoms because paranoid people such as yourself made so many laws about things they are just not educated about. Before you speak learn what you are speaking about. Please!
