Italian Dinner Helps Kids in Need
Proceeds from "Rocco's Spaghetti Dinner" will go to the Ceredo-Kenova Community Center

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A homemade Italian meal is always a treat, but Sunday, that taste of marinara sauce meant a boost for the Ceredo-Kenova community center.
Proceeds from "Rocco's Spaghetti Dinner" will raise money to pay for the center's many activities.
"A lot of people grew up here, it's a safe haven for kids, it's been here since 1950, so we're trying to keep what people prior to us left, we're trying to keep it going," said organizer Larry Moore.
The group made about $2,100. The money will help out kids who want to participate in community center activities, but can't afford them.
