I wonder how much sympathy you all would have if it had been your family member working in that 7-11 he robbed. Or God forbid he got his fix and was behind the wheel of a car and something bad happened. WAKE UP. How many chanced does he deserve. He already got away with stealing from a car lot across the river. He should thank his lucky stars the owner didn't send his butt to jail and gave him the option for rehab. My sympathy is with is wife only!!!

Well his entire family is behind him and will make sure he gets the help he needs! And no one is making excuses for him, what he did is terrible but he is not a criminal (at heart) he is an addict! And that Lynn, is a nasty disease, I pray you never have to go through it with someone you love!

I feel sorry for Ranson's family and all that are connected to him. I know he is a good man that has lost his way. If you know any of his family the way I do you know they are always there for him as they would be to any kind hearted person. I pray the judge sends him to rehab where he belongs and not to sit in jail for a few days and to be returned to the streets unchanged. As the person named "Concerned" says, SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!
