Charlie Brown and Friends Coming to the Stage in Huntington
Beginning Thursday, March 18, First Stage Children's Theater is giving us a double scoop of joy by bringing Charles Schulz's memorable characters to the stage in two musicals in Huntington.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- We all grew up loving the comic strip "Peanuts."
Now a whole new generation will continue to enjoy it as it comes to life on the stage in our area.
Beginning Thursday, March 18, First Stage Children's Theater is giving us a double scoop of joy by bringing Charles Schulz's memorable characters to the stage in two musicals in Huntington.
First Stage wanted to commemorate the organization by not only doing "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown," but also adding the sequel "Snoopy the Musical." Rehearsals started back in January.
"You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" and "Snoopy the Musical" alternate through the weekend and open at 8 p.m. Thursday, March 18, for two weekends Thursday through Sunday.

Thank you, WSAZ, for airing this story. First Stage Theater is well-managed and an awesome outlet for the creative talents of our youth. Shows that I have attended in the past have been nothing less than outstanding.

I want to go to these plays. However at the times that I would be able to go I would be seeing them out of order. Wonder if this would be a problem
