LOGAN, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A call of shots fired in a Logan County neighborhood created much more of a discovery for West Virginia State Police.
It happened around 4:30 Saturday afternoon.
When police arrived to Thomas Boutwell's home in Holden, they went in only to discover an indoor pot growing operation.
State Police say they discovered an indoor growing system, that had lights. They also found Miracle Grow.

VIOLATED HIS 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS. NEVER HURT ANYONE. REALLY HAD NO RIGHT IN THE HOME. HAD THEY WAITED THE RIGHT PERSON WOULD HAVE GOTTEN HIM OUT AND THEY WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN IN. POT CAN DO THE NERVES GOOD ESPECIALLY WHEN THESE DOCS AROUND HERE DON'T WANT TO HELP SOMEONE WHO HAS ISSUES THAT REQUIRE MEDICATION. WE WILL FIGHT THIS TO THE END AND I KNOW WE WILL WIN

Sounds to me like people in WV have nothing better to do than talk about people they don't know!! Neighbor- you're stupid & u probably sell it yourself...he aint lived here long enough for you to have ANYTHING to say about him, & he is not a danger to anyone, especially u. You don't know him at all, especially not well enough to know how "stupid he is"...but the fact is, I DO know him & he's a wonderful person...the law is the corrupted ones runnin around tryin to arrest people for smokin weed which is harmless. Don't know why they don't spend their time on the oxy heads & rapists instead...probably becuz the cops are a buncha druggies themselves & that's why they look for the drug dealers so they can get a free buzz!
