Proctorville, Ohio Woman Pleads Guilty Firearms Theft Charge
Debra Ann Tippner, 31, entered the plea during a hearing in U.S. District Court in Charleston on Wednesday.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A Proctorville, Ohio woman is pleading guilty to aiding and abetting in the theft of firearms.
Debra Ann Tippner, 31, entered the plea during a hearing in U.S. District Court in Charleston on Wednesday.
In her plea, Tippner admitted that in November 2008, she aided another person in the theft of thirteen firearms from a residence in Sias in Lincoln County, W.Va..
Tippner is scheduled to be sentenced in June. She faces up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
