Six people are in jail, accused of beating and sexually assaulting a Charleston woman held captive in a Big Creek home for at least a week.
Sergeant Sonya Porter with the Logan County Sheriff's Department said the abuse the 23-year-old woman suffered was indescribable.
Those arrested include a mother and her son and another mother and her daughter.
Deputies found the victim Saturday after going to the home to investigate an anonymous tip. The woman had been stabbed in the left leg and both eyes were black and blue.
Porter said deputies are still trying to determine whether the victim knew her assailants and how she came to be at the Logan County home.
