Bicyclist Hits Car Along Route 34 in Putnam
A man in his 50s was taken to the hospital Thursday after he was involved in an accident.

PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man in his 50s was taken to the hospital Thursday after he was involved in an accident.
The accident happened around 10:15 a.m. along Route 34 near the Halfway Market.
Putnam County Sheriff Mark Smith tells WSAZ.com the driver of a car was pulling out onto Route 34 when the bicyclist ran into the car. The man flipped over the car's hood.
He was not seriously hurt.
