The Laws in West Virgina leave much to be desired the way Criminals seem to get off more than they don't. I've never found the Police in this state to be helpful to me for the times I've ben robbed nor when I was drugged & assulated in 2008. How is it JUSTICE that the charges against this Man were dropped when he is clearly a CRIMINAL !!!
