HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A local gang member is behind bars after being arrested for carrying a concealed weapon, according to West Virginia State Police.

Trooper Hash with the WVSP says 23-year-old Cody Fuller was arrested Saturday night on Fourth Avenue in Huntington. Hash said Fuller was walking down 1400 Block of Fourth Avenue with a knife in his hand and a menacing look.

The Trooper says he asked him to drop the knife twice, and on the second request, Fuller tossed his knife into a nearby parking lot.

According to WVSP, the knife was nine inches long and Fuller was trying to hide it by holding the blade near his arm.

Trooper Hash told WSAZ.com Fuller is a member of the 304 Gang. Hash said the 304 Gang is very prominent in Cabell, Kanawha and Wood Counties.

During the arrest, Fuller threatened the trooper. Trooper Hash tells WSAZ.com Fuller said, "You ruined my life, wait until you have someone knock on your door at night and ruin your life."

Fuller has been charged with two counts of threat of assault on a police officer and carrying a concealed weapon.

WVSP says this is Fuller's fourth time being arrested for carrying a concealed weapon.

Fuller was released from the Huttonsville Correctional Facility, a medium security facility, back in January 2010. He was serving a sentence for carrying a weapon.

Fuller is now in the Western Regional Jail.

How could all of you possibly say that gangs do not exist in Huntington? I think you all need to wake up...Have you not seen all the drug crimes, and drug dealers that are on the news every day. How do you think this stuff gets from state to state to all these big time dealers? MEMBERS OF GANGS do this work. 304 is a very real gang that is known in all the big states everyone has posted on here, and saying the need to take him to. Im not saying what he did was right or he is/isn't a bad person. I just think a few more of you all need to open your eyes.

To Erica, I watched the video and you are saying what? What exactly do you stand for? Just trouble? It is a video of a bunch of punks and I mean punk kids, (no men or ladies here)drinking, getting high, and flipping people off. How mature? To LB: you are right most of us live decent lives because we choose to work and play by the rules. Try it, obviously if you are old enough to act like the punks in the video, you can make your own decisions. Stop blaming someone else. Get off your ...and do something productive. It doesn't come to your door, you have to go get it. Do you think you are the only one that has grown up hard. Have you been beaten, starved, raped, etc get a life and stop your sniffling?
