Lucasville Man Arrested on Drug-Trafficking Charges
A Lucasville man was arrested Friday on felony drug-trafficking charges, according to a news release from the Scioto County Sheriff's Department.

LUCASVILLE, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A Lucasville man was arrested Friday on felony drug-trafficking charges, according to a news release from the Scioto County Sheriff's Department.
Michael L. Hagler, 51, was charged with two counts of trafficking in Oxycodone.
A 19-year-old woman also was arrested for failing to appear on a charge of misdemeanor child endangerment.
Hagler was arrested after the sheriff's narcotic unit executed a search warrant at his home at 436 Barker Road in Lucasville.
Hagler was taken to the Scioto County Jail where his bond was set at $15,000.

Yes, it is true about him messing with the young girls and feeding them 30mg Oxycodone pills. It has been going on for a very long time. They need to go to the bottoms. They have to know who the main dealer there is. He's been doing it for a while too and they have never tried to bust him.......
