CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A former shoe store in the Charleston Town Center Mall is making a comeback.

Easy Spirit Shoes is set to open in August in the current Bandolino location on the first floor of the mall. The two shoe stores are owned by the same company.

According to a mall spokesperson, the company is phasing out its Bandolino stand-alone stores along the east coast, but will continue being the supplier for larger shoe stores.

Right now, all of the shoes at Bandolino store are 50-percent off.

Marketing Director Lisa McCracken tells WSAZ.com there has been a high demand to bring back the Easy Spirit store to the mall since it closed, so she's excited to see it come back to fulfill the needs of shoppers.

This is such exciting news. I have a wide foot and they cater to wide width customers. Love the idea of going into a store and buying shoes made for me!
