West Portsmouth Couple Arrested on Drug Trafficking Charges
The Scioto County Sheriff says Ralph Mosley and Anjanett Mosley were arrested at their home in the 1400 block of 15th Street around 10:30 Thursday night.

PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A West Portsmouth couple has been arrested on drug trafficking charges following the release of secret indictments.
The Scioto County Sheriff says Ralph Mosley and Anjanett Mosley were arrested at their home in the 1400 block of 15th Street around 10:30 Thursday night.
The Sheriff says the secret indictments were handed down by a Scioto County Grand Jury following an extensive investigation by the Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit.
The couple was taken to Scioto County Jail. They are expected to be in court Friday morning.

how long will the citizensof these peoples neaghborhoods have to worry for there own safety and there childrens safety maybe these 2 low lifes will actually be incararated this time around no more slaps on the hands they need hard time in the prison!!!!!!!!!!!

most of his family are either in jail or have just gotten out they keep the doors swinging both ways at the local jail house in portsmouth so its no big surprise that he is peddling more drugs once again they will more then likely get a slap on the hand and thats about it for all the drugs they have pushed in the town over the years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
