Stabbing-shooting-drugs. . . This property, like others in Charleston need cleaned up. You can't even be outside without the fear of getting mugged. God help the elderly and disabled who have little choice due to any other choice. Call it Vista View, City Park, Spring Hill. . . The ONLY thing changing is it's getting worse !
