Accidents happen all the time. Its no ones fault why charge the parents thats stupid. Everyone should be thankful that he is alive and not dead. So why argue about it. Kids always falls and gets hurt thats how they learn. The way I see it when its your time to go then your going to go no matter if its riding in a car, sleeping in bed, or whatever when Gods going to take you hes going to take you that means it was your time to go. So why keep saying charge the parents? Its like if for example...your child falls asleep and never wakes up charge you cause you was with them you done something. Everbody should be thankful like I said that his getting better and not worse.

I was there with the boy when he crashed. it was nobodys falt that this happened. And im tired of all you people saying that the parents need to be charged. Well how would you feel if your child fell down the steps and got really bad hurt then should you be charged. Whether atv, dirtbike or just a fall its all an accident. And this is for ella what a nice person you are your child gets hurt on a dirtbike so sell it to someone for their child so they can get hurt on it also. Thats like saying im not going to kill my child but ill kill yours. But for all the people out there that are concerned he is getting better. I speak for the whole family we thank all of you for your prayers
