Bill, right on about the chain gang. The person commenting about King Coal. I'm glad it was a coal company. This time something will be done. These low lifes have always broken the law. They don't work and think we should stand by and let them get away with anything. Hey McDonald's is always hiring. There is always work! Maybe not for copper thieves who steal for drugs and can't pass drug tests. Don't sympathize. Break the law and suffer consequences. Give me a break people!

The people arrested have prior arrest records for stealing and they get out of jail and do the same thing. Boone and Lincoln County Magistrates only know one thing, "Probation". Put these people in jail or cleaning up roads in bad weather conditions and just maybe they might rehabilitate. Most people in these counties don't know what work is, just Government help!
