UPDATE: AT&T Cellphone Outage Restored

UPDATE 3/26/13 @ 12:25 p.m.
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Cellphone service has been restored for some AT&T customers who experienced technical issues on Tuesday.

According to Metro 911, AT&T experienced a cellphone outage early Tuesday morning and it affected customers in Charleston and northern Kentucky.

The outage affected calls made and received, along with internet service.

Service was restore just after noon Tuesday.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Some people in our region are experiencing issues with their phone service.

According to Metro 911, AT&T is experiencing a cellphone outage and it's affecting customers in Charleston and northern Kentucky.

The outage is affecting calls made and recieved, along with internet service.

Service is expected to be restored by 12:30 p.m.
