Accident Closes Two Lanes of Traffic; Three Taken to the Hospital

JEFFERSON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Both westbound lanes of MacCorkle Avenue in Jefferson are closed as crews clean up an accident.

Dispatchers say just before 7:30 a.m. Saturday, a car rolled over and ran into a utility pole.

They say three people have been taken to the hospital.

The center turn lane is open to traffic heading west. Emergency responders are asking drivers to go slow and take extra caution in that area.
