ATHENS, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Three felony charges have been filed against a man who was arrested after shots were fired in Athens.
Steven Vance, 35, of Albany, is charged with one count of discharging a weapon from a public roadway and two counts of tampering with evidence.
Vance is accused of firing off five rounds near East State Street and Morris Avenue early Wednesday morning.
No one was injured.
Athens Police arrested Steven Vance, 35, of Albany, about 1:20 a.m.
Vance is accused of firing shots in the area of East State Street and Morris Avenue.
According to WOUB, Lieutenant Anthony Fish says police recovered a Hi-Point 9mm handgun a couple of blocks from the scene.
No injuries have been reported.
Police are still determining the charges against Vance.
