UPDATE: Woman Killed in Car Crash in Boone County; Name Released

BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The icy conditions on the roads are being blamed for a deadly accident in Boone County.
West Virginia State Police tell WSAZ.com that Rachel Vicker was killed Friday afternoon when the car she was in crashed head on into a truck.
The accident happened on Route 3 near Foster Hollow Road.
Troopers say the snow and ice on the road caused the accident.
No one else was seriously hurt.

BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A person has died after a crash on Route 3 in Boone County.
West Virginia State Police tell WSAZ.com the crash happened about 1:00 p.m. Friday on Route 3 near Foster Hollow Road.
Several other people were hurt in the crash.
