POINT PLEASANT, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A shooting suspect has been released from the hospital and is now in jail.

Point Pleasant Police Chief Ernie Waterson tells WSAZ.com that Franklin Eaves, 22, was taken to the Western Regional Jail Wednesday. He is charged with two counts of malicious wounding, which are felony charges.
