CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Police have released the name of the woman killed after being hit by a train in Chapmanville.
Chapmanville Police say the accident happened at a crossing near Commerce Park about 4 p.m. Monday.
Police say Shannon Marie Blankenship, 29, died after being taken to Logan Regional Hospital.
No word on why Blankenship was on the tracks.
