I-77 Reopens Near Sissonville After Crash

Metro 911 says it received reports of a vehicle into the guardrail on I-77 near Sissonville.

UPDATE @ 8:45 a.m.
SISSONVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Interstate 77 near Sissonville is back open after an early morning crash.

It happened just after 6:00 a.m. Monday morning at the 106 mile marker. That's near the Edens Fork exit.

Emergency crews on the scene tell WSAZ.com a tractor trailer, a car and a pickup truck hauling a camper were involved in the crash.

The driver of the pickup told us the camper started swerving and the car behind him got into the passing lane and was clipped by the semi.

No one was injured.

The northbound lanes were closed for more than an hour before they reopened.

SISSONVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A crash on I-77 is closing both northbound lanes.

Metro 911 received calls at 6:02 a.m. Monday of a vehicle into the guardrail at the 106 mile marker.

There are reports of at least one person injured.

The dispatcher said emergency personnel are now on the scene.
