HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – The two men indicted for robbing a Huntington pizza shop were in court Friday.
In January, a Cabell County Grand Jury indicted Robert Pinson, 25, and James Estep, 22, both of Huntington, on charges of 1st degree robbery and conspiracy.
According to court documents, Pinson and Estep robbed the Gino’s Pizza on Norway Avenue in Huntington about 11:30 p.m. on November 5.
Both men were wearing masks during the robbery.
Pinson and Estep were arraigned on the charges Friday morning.
They will be back in court on March 2.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office believes Estep was involved in an attempted bank robber in Lavalette on November 7. He has been charged with bank robbery in that case.

Estep is currently in jail on other charges. He was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on November 7, and charged with bank robbery.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, deputies found two men milling around a vehicle along Riverside Drive, near the Huntington Bank in Lavalette, and that one of the men was wearing a ski mask.
Pinson was arraigned Friday morning in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
He is being held in the Western Regional Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Pinson will be back in court on November 28 at 10:30 a.m.

Huntington Police tell WSAZ.com the Gino's Pizza on Norway Avenue was robbed at gunpoint. It at 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
Workers told police two suspects came into store and demanded cash. The suspects then ran away down Cedar Street. They got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
K-9 Units are on the scene now trying to track down the suspects. Police are working with the store to get surveillance video.
