CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The Kanawha County School Board has decided to stick with Suddenlink as the district's broadband provider.

Board members say this will save thousands of dollars.

The decision to renew the contract was given the green light at Thursday night's meeting.

It's estimated this move will save the school district $16,000.

The technology adviser says they will monitor the usage at each school to ensure that the data used does not go over the plan put into place.
