Boil Water Advisory Issued for Some Ashland Residents

ASHLAND, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A boil water advisory was issued Friday evening for residents who live along Dysard Hill Drive in Ashland, according to a news release from the Ashland-Boyd County Office of Emergency Management.

The release did not state how many customers are affected.

Until further notice, residents in the affected area are encouraged to boil any water used for cooking, drinking, oral hygiene or watering pets. The water should be boiled for at least a minute, then allowed to cool sufficiently before use.
