Boil Advisory Issued for Gallipolis Neighborhood

GALLIPOLIS, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A precautionary boil water advisory has been issued for some 400 customers in the Spring Valley area of Gallipolis.

The City of Gallipolis says the advisory is for Bob McCormick Road, Jackson Pike from State Route 160 to Mitchell Road, and Jackson Pike from State Route 160 to Shawnee Lane.

The advisory is due to a broken line.

It will be at least 24 hours before the boil advisory can be lifted.
