Business Burglaries Under Investigation in Johnson County

PAINTSVILLE, Ky. (WSAZ) -- The Johnson County Sheriff's Office is investigating a string of burglaries in the Hagerhill area of Johnson County.

Sheriff Dwayne Price says the burglaries happened at Ben’s Tires, Big Sandy Community and Technical College Hager Hill Campus, Apple Valley Sanitation, Christian Appalachian Project, and Martin’s Peterbilt of Paintsville.

Price says video from three of the businesses show the suspects in action. That footage has been sent to an FBI Laboratory in Louisville for enhancement.

Anyone with information on the burglaries is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 606-789-3411
