Crash on West Virginia Turnpike Sends Several Children to the Hospital

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- West Virginia State Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash on the Turnpike.

911 dispatchers say it happened just before 1:00 a.m. Saturday between Chelyan and Sharon.

Dispatchers say several children were involved and are being taken to the hospital.

There's no word on how many people were hurt or the severity of their injuries.
