BARBOURSVILLE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A homeowner is still in the hospital after his house caught fire on Friday.
It happened about 4:20 p.m. in the 200-block of Bartow Drive in Barboursville.
Barboursville firefighters tell WSAZ.com that Carlton Nelson was taken to the hospital with smoke inhalation.
They say as of Monday, he was in serious condition, after being listed in critical condition over the weekend.
There is still no word as to what caused that fire.
That man is listed in stable condition at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
The fire was reported about 4:20 p.m., and the house was ablaze when crews from Barboursville, Ohio River Road and Green Valley volunteer fire departments arrived.
The cause of the fire was unknown Friday night.

Cabell County 911 says this is a working structure fire.
Dispatchers say there are no injuries.
Crews from Barboursville, Ohio River Road and Green Valley fire departments have responded to the fire.
