CROSS LANES, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A trooper with the West Virginia State Police noticed the driver of a car swerve into a turning lane on Route 34 in Putnam County.
The driver, Diane Cremeans, then parked the car in a convenience store parking lot.
According to the criminal complaint, the trooper approached he car and noticed a bulb used to smoke meth in a center console.
He found materials used to make meth in back of the driver' seat and a bag containing 1.5 grams of meth in Cremeans' purse.
The trooper took Cremeans to her Cross Lanes home where he found more materials used to cook Meth.
