Drug Bust at Charleston Apartment, One Arrest Made

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- An apartment on Charleston's west side was raided by police early Thursday morning.

Police say they found 30 bags of marijuana in the water tank of a toilet in the apartment on Delaware Avenue.

Terrick Ringer is accused of selling the drugs.

Investigators found ledgers, detailing who his customers were and how much money he was owed, according to the criminal complaint.

Ringer was charged with possession with intent.
