KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Police say a women is now behind bars after she was caught stealing from work.
Officers say a Kohl's loss prevention manager watched as Juanita El-Bedawi put stolen items under her shirt and in her pants.
After a search of the employee locker room, police found $300 worth of merchandise in El-Bedawi's purse.
Police say she admitted to stealing almost $2,000 worth of items since she started working at the department store.
El-Bedawi's is now in the South Central Regional Jail. She has been charged with embezzlement.
