Fatal Crash in Meigs County Ohio

MEIGS COUNTY, W.Va (WSAZ) -- A man from Vinton County, Ohio is dead after he ran off the road and crashed.

Troopers say Bernard Kincaid was traveling along State Route 124 in Meigs County about 3 p.m. Saturday.

Police say his car went off the right side of the road, into a ditch and then overturned on its top.

Kincaid was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash is still under investigation.
