Former Police Officer Arrested; Accused of Exchanging Drugs for Sex

GLASGOW, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A former Glasgow police officer has been arrested.

James Koch, 55, is accused of exchanging drugs for sex with a woman inside a parked car.

It happened August 5 along Firefly Lane.

According to the criminal complaint, a witness saw Koch give the woman narcotics in exchange for sexual acts.

Koch is in the South Central Regional Jail. His bond has been set at $50,000.
