HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Four of the five people charged for there roles in a marijuana conspiracy have agreed to plead guilty during a hearing in Cabell County Circuit Court.
Ricktavious Tillman, of Huntington, Elijah Fletcher, of Atlanta, Kourmond Wiggins, of Atlanta, and Damarcus Thomas, of Lithonia, Georgia, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and conspiracy during Wednesday morning's hearing.
Lonnie McIntosh, of Atlanta, decided to take his case to trial next month. His co-defendants are expected to testify against him in that trial. They will be sentenced following that trial.
The five were arrested by Huntington Police in October 2010 following raids at two separate residences in Huntington.
