VINTON COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) -- There is finally a verdict in a Vinton County murder trial.
Thursday evening, Robert Schall, 49, of Hillsboro, Ohio was found guilty on all counts in the death of 55-year-old Michael Hunt.
Schall was convicted of aggravated murder, aggravated burglary, aggravated arson and aggravated robbery.
Hunt was found dead in his burned out home on Albright Road in Eagle Township in October 2011.
This was the third time this year the case had gone to trial.
His first trial in April ended in a mistrial after jurors said they could not reach a verdict after deliberating three hours.
His trial in September also ended in a mistrial on day two after a Vinton County Sheriff's Deputy gave a juror a ride home from the trial.
Prosecutors say the Schall testified in his own defense during trial. A sentencing date has not been set.
Celena Danner, 28, of Hillsboro, Ohio, was also charged with aggravated murder, arson and burglary in connection with Hunt's death.
In January 2012, Danner made a plea deal and pleaded guilty to felony obstruction of justice. The other charges were dropped.
Danner testified as a prosecution witness during the trial.
