CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Reports of shots fired Wednesday afternoon at Charleston's East End led police to the area and put residents on edge.
Police say one gunshot was fired in the parking lot of the Capitol Car Wash along Washington Street East.
The bullet went through a car window and entered a headrest.
No one was injured. Police are still trying to figure out why the shot was fired.
