HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Santa and his elves, dancing penguins and nativity scenes. City parks will shine a little brighter over the next month with miles of colored lights. This is the season for holiday light displays. We made a list of where to find some of the biggest and brightest across the region.
