HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Huntington man was arrested Tuesday and charged with trying to set up a meeting with a 14-year-old boy through social media, West Virginia State Police say.
Paul Lyons, 49, is charged with soliciting a minor.
Troopers say the boy's parents monitored his Facebook account, found the suspicious messages and called police.
Lyons is scheduled back in court on July 31.
He was taken to the Western Regional Jail. His bond was set at $250,000.
