Huntington Police Arrest Man in Undercover Heroin Sale

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Huntington Police have arrested a man they say delivered heroin to undercover officers.

Charles Woods, 28, of Huntington, was arrested on Thursday.

The alleged incident, according to the criminal complaint, happened on January 23 in the 100-Block of Adams Avenue. Woods allegedly delivered five grams of heroin to the officers.

Woods is facing a charge of possession with the intent to deliver. It's a charge that could put him behind bars for one to 10 years.

Woods is being held in the Western Regional Jail, his bond was set at $50,000.
