Jet Service From Charleston To D.C. To Resume

CHARLESTON, W.Va (WSAZ) -- United Airlines announced it will resume jet service between Charleston and Washington, D.C. August 29.

United currently flies four nonstop flights using turboprop planes. One of those flights will be replaced by the jet service.

Airport Director Rick Atkinson believes the new service will increase international travel to and from Charleston.
