FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Voters in Fayette County headed to the polls to make a decision on a $44,000,000 school levy Saturday.
Officials tell WSAZ.com that levy did pass.
The Assistant Superintendent says the money will be used to pay for things like instructional support, employee salaries and technology.
More than $9,000,000 will be passed around each year for the next five years.
It will make up 14% of the school system's budget.
The voting results did not include one precinct.
However, officials say that area does not have enough votes to sway the election.
