JACKSON COUNTY, W.Va (WSAZ) -- The case involving a man accused of installing a video camera in a bathroom vent is moving forward.

A Jackson County Grand Jury indicted Jerry Burdette, 42, on sexual exploitation charges, stemming from a shocking arrest last September.

Deputies say Burdette used a hidden camera to video tape two underage girls while they took a shower. The girls eventually noticed the camera and called their mother, who is separated from Burdette.

Deputies say they found the camera hooked up to a monitor in his bedroom.

He says he installed the camera for security and says it must have accidentally been moved or bumped to face the shower-area of his bathroom.
