BOYD COUNTY, Ky (WSAZ) -- After cleaning up hazardous waste from three meth labs, police arrested the man accused of making the meth.
James M. Slavens, 43, was arrested Friday.
Deputies with the Boyd County Sheriff's Department Narcotics Unit received information about the labs on Eltura Street in Ashland.
After searching the property and finding the labs, deputies then arrested Slavens at his place of employment.
He is being charged with manufacturing meth.
The house has been condemned and more arrests are pending.
