Man Arrested for Non-Compliance with Sex Offender Registry

CARTER COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) -- A Carter County man was arrested for non-compliance with his sex offender registration, according to a Kentucky State Police news release.

Fleming Logan, 48, of Olive Hill, Ky., was arrested Thursday and taken to the Carter County Detention Center. He was charged with one count of first offense failure to comply with a sex offender registration.

Troopers on Thursday went to a home along Brynmore Drive in Olive Hill to conduct a compliance check. It was determined that Logan had been living along Phantom Branch in Vanceburg, Ky.
